Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is a wrap?

A: A wrap covers the whole bus (minus drivers area & front), and can depict more of a story. The wrap is made out of a pressure sensitive vinyl with a clear vinyl over-laminate which has been developed for just such purposes.  The particular type of adhesive has "channels" to prevent air bubbles, and eases the process of applying the wrap.

Q: How long will a wrap last?

A: Under normal circumstances up to 5 years.  Our supplier uses only the finest vinyl materials in the industry. We normally recommend updating your brand image and look every three years.

Q: What happens when the vehicles are washed?

A: Wraps can go through a carwash; however, longevity of the wrap may be compromised. We prefer to hand wash our vehicles to maintain life expectancy.

Q: Will the wrap peel or fade due to being in the sun?

A: The majority of vehicle wraps lasts up to 5 years, but there is no guarantee. Our supplier uses solvent-based inks that actually penetrate and soak into the vinyl so the inks will not fade like normal inks would. We offer a 5-year guarantee. We guarantee against discernable fading, cracking or de-laminating, providing graphics were installed by a certified installer, using manufacturers recommended installation methods.  We do not cover instances where vandalism or intentional peeling has been caused or damage due to pressure washing or spillage of gas or diesel fuel.

Q: How effective is a wrap?

A: Studies conducted have shown that wraps can get up to 8.3 million views per year in a city of 50,000 people. According to US Census Bureau for 2006, the city of Fort Myers, Florida alone had a population of 60,531.  In a medium-sized city, a wrap can make 1,000 to 2,500 impressions per hour on a busy boulevard.

Q: Will the wrap really grow my business?

A: Yes, vehicle wraps have been proven to increase awareness and generate additional sales for all types of businesses.

Q: Is there a limit to how many vehicles a person can advertise on?

A: No, as long as we have vehicles available with advertising space, they are open for purchase.

Q: Can the bus with my wrap always be on a certain route?

A: We cannot guarantee that the vehicle with your wrap will be on the same route at all times.

Q: Is there a guarantee that the bus with my wrap will be on the road 100% of the time?

A: No, buses are pulled for maintenance and repairs as necessary.

Q: What happens if a wrap is damaged in an accident during the paid lease period?

A:  The Advertiser may be entitled to a pro-rata credit for services paid in advance or an extension of the term of service equivalent to the service lost, at the option of Good Wheels.

Q: What if my company logo or phone number changes in the future?

A: Logos, phone numbers, websites, or any other information can be printed as text overlays on the wrap, which can be removed and replaced as much as possible for an additional charge.

Q: Do I have to get a full wrap or do I have other options?

A: We work with your budget to get you the most for your dollar. You can do just windows or partial wraps. We can even design wraps to start out with just window perforated material and then add onto it as your business grows to make the wrap complete.

Q: Are the vehicle wrap installers certified?

A: Yes, all of our installers are certified by ARLON, 3M.

Q: Will you provide color and art proofs prior to printing?

A: Yes, we will not print anything until you are completely satisfied with your design and have physically approved the design and color proof.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, and Discover. We also accept cash and check.
